First of all, You didn't see much of P. Benson early on because he was recovering from a broken foot. Second, the situation called for a certain role. I have watched P Benson many time in practice, he is a good re-bounder and is very scrappy, although he doesn't have much of an offensive game. His role was to rebound and to give us some added toughness. The role that was needed because of the situation, dictated (the foul problems as well as the need for more rebounding) who RB felt was needed in the game at that time. RB felt P. Benson was the best fit for the situation.
