We've all observed that Randy's MO is and always has been to keep the starters playing until there is about one minute left, regardless of length of lead.  He apparently wants to ensure the win at all costs (not a bad goal) and not let anything get away.  To use a worn cliche, Randy has forgotten more about basketball than we will ever know, so I defer to his judgment.  If Randy thought he could take Delly or Robout a couple minutes earlier (to extend their legs for future games) and still win the game, I suspect he would do it.  If Randy thought he could  give them more extended breathers during the game and still win, I suspect he would do it.  Randy either thinks 1) the minutes played isn't important (i.e., the legs do not wear out) or 2) he won't win the game if he takes them out more.  Does Randy wish he had a better 4th guard or a better 3d small forward (or a healthy Clint), so he could expand the minutes of the non-starters?  I suspect he does.  Is he running the stars ragged because of the perceived weaknesses of the replacements, I don't know but again, I defer to Randy's judgment.
