Moraga Faithful
Wayne completes this team next year, we will be undersized and will have to make up for it with D and some athleticism, I would love to see MM/Delly/Wayne/Rob/Walker get after it, with our bench we will be a nightmare.

Bleeding Red and Blue
Girl - over the past couple of years it has become evident to me that:
1) you have strong opinions
2) like most of us, you love Gael basketball
3) as a student you at times have access to inside information
4) tact is not one of your strengths
For many of us, the last point outweighs the others. Even if your opinions about Wayne were correct, you need to remember that anything you post on this board is equivalent to saying something to someone directly. If you would feel comfortable personally telling Wayne that the team was better off without him and that he has D2 talent, then okay, but if that is your style I doubt that you would have any friends anywhere. Or if the shoe was on the other foot and you were a high level athlete in your senior year that got ruined with a knee injury, how would you feel about such a comment? Why treat internet blog sites as some kind of lawless jungle where ordinary rules of civility don't apply? I wish most of us were not hiding behind some anonymous name (I don't) and I challenge you to reveal who you really are.

Hunter knows the system, understands Bennett's mentality, and has bought into the system. Trumaine on the other hand, really hasn't been around SMC and coming from Bill Grier's offense probably is used to the flex offense. Neither of these guys is ever going to start for the Gaels, but at least with Wayne you know that if you need to start him in a pinch there won't be a drop off as in understanding what the strategies are on both ends of the floor.
