LAS VEGAS -- Jackie Nared scored 26 points. Danielle Mauldin put together a double-double with 14 points and a game-high 12 rebounds. St. Mary's went 19-for-29 (65.5 percent) from the floor in the first half to take a 49-47 lead.

St. Mary's played Gonzaga three times this season: The Gaels won the first game by three points and lost each of the final two by five.
Said Gonzaga head coach Kelly Graves: "I'm glad we don't have to play them again."Read more: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2012/03/03/SPNO1NFN1E.DTL#ixzz1oCqw4xit
